*Important Notes*
With all remote access support, its important that you have a secure and reliable internet access.
You must then use and plug an ethernet cable into your PC, Laptop or Mac to ensure a stable connection during the maintenance.
Lastly, all remote access to your machine is via Team Viewer, therefore should be installed not your machine. Please do not wait till you have an issue to install Team View, its always a good idea to have Team Viewer already installed.
